Reporting Issues
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product. If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us immediately with a detailed problem report by emailing hello@sas-432hz.com
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Our Responsibility
Claims determined to be errors on our part will be resolved at our expense.
Return Process
Return Address
All returns must be sent to our designated fulfilment facility. When we receive your returned item, you will receive an automated email confirmation.
Unclaimed Returns
Returns that remain unclaimed after 30 days will be donated to charity.
Important: Using an unauthorized return address makes you liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Shipping Issues
Wrong Address
If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided, your shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm the corrected address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs to yourself or the intended recipient.
Special Notice: If you don't have a registered account with billing information on file, returned orders due to wrong addresses or unclaimed shipments cannot be reshipped and will be donated to charity at your cost without refund.
Return Restrictions
Health and Hygiene Items
We do not accept returns of sealed goods such as face masks or other items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders containing these items will be disposed of and cannot be reshipped.
Customer-Initiated Returns
We recommend customers contact us before returning any products.
General Policy: Except for customers in Brazil, we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. Returns and size exchanges are offered at our discretion and your expense. If we accept a return or size exchange, you must place a new order at your own cost.
Brazil-Specific Policy
Customers residing in Brazil who wish to return an item due to buyer's remorse must:
- Contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item
- Provide a picture of the item
- Submit a withdrawal request for evaluation
We will verify whether the product was used or damaged. If the item shows any use or damage, a refund will not be possible.
EU Consumer Rights
Notice for EU Consumers: In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
